I especially enjoyed the fresh framework on pricing as that was something I definitely just based on what others in my industry were doing. Now I'll be looking at the value that I offer and basing my my price on that.

I'm going to take your advice and determine which lever in 1 - 4 and 5 - 8 make the most sense. Amazon's example of turning costs into profits gives me a few ideas for my business and will be where I start. These newsletters are incredible, it's like going to graduate school for Category Design.
